UnKoch My Campus is committed to the principles and practices of anti-oppression. We strive to create a world where people are free from the impacts of oppression. We do this through creating an internal ecosystem that honors dignity of each team member, while centering the leadership of disenfranchised and oppressed leaders and groups. We know that everyone finds their way to awareness of oppression at various stages. We seek to hold a space that allows for learning and progress, not perfection.

UnKoch My Campus is committed to seeking and maintaining external partnerships that align with principles and practices of anti-oppression. Our team actively holds the tension of rejecting the non-profit industrialized complex while agitating for change within the system we find ourselves.

We are committed to the continuous challenge of harm reduction internally and externally while increasing accessibility and facilitation interpersonal change in ourselves and broader networks.
